We hereby cordially invite you to the inaugural lecture by our professor Leonhard Khazraei on the topic of Cultivating Success: Unveiling the Power of Culture in Mergers and Acquisitions on February 19th in the Peter M枚hrle Lounge.
With an annual average value of 4 trillion USD over the past 10 years, mergers and acquisitions (M&As) have been a substantial driver of the economy worldwide. This is almost as significant as the size of the entire German economy. Despite of this, most of the M&As fail to deliver the expected value post-merger! Why? What are the obstacles and success factors? How can they be best addressed? Exemplified by case studies from the industry, these questions are discussed by our new professor of International Management, Leonhard Khazraei, in his inaugural lecture.
