Demonstration Lecture: Part-time Programme Insurance Management (BA)

In summer 2022, we will start the third year of the part-time Bachelor's programme in Insurance Management (BA).
The programme was developed in close cooperation with the Hamburg insurance industry and is carried out in cooperation with the Berufsbildungswerk der Versicherungswirtschaft Hamburg (BWV) e.V.. Building on the Fachwirt f眉r Versicherungen und Finanzen, employees from the insurance industry can earn a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Insurance Management in 4.5 semesters.

About the programme:
The programme is aimed at employees who have already completed training as insurance and finance clerks as well as further training as insurance specialists and now wish to further develop their specialist knowledge and methodological skills through academic industry-specific studies. The degree programme is designed to prepare graduates for demanding specialist and management tasks in the insurance industry.
The study programme builds seamlessly on the insurance specialist training, so that insurance and finance specialists can enter directly into the 5th semester. The degree of the Fachwirt is fully credited.
