Wealth is developed by entrepreneurship - nowadays and in the future. But the founding generation of successful businesses are challenged: the business model might be threatened, succeeding generations let rise the question of appropriate governance systems. Family members who are ambitious about entrepreneurial developments are often limited to implement their capabilities - or not. The talk by Thorsten Gohlke will describe how intergenerational successful entrepreneurial families meet these challenges by choosing a strategy as portfolio entrepreneurs. After the talk there is the opportunity to discuss specific questions and success patterns with the speaker in detail.
